Villa Qusia is Qunci’s Premier Villa. Villa Qusia
offers uncompromising luxury with its 25-meter private
overflow pool, 3 Master Bedrooms, expansive outdoor
dining and living area, entertainment/TV room, gourmet
kitchen, private study and library, as well as a
state-of-the-art exercise room.
The interiors are all elegantly appointed, decorated
with a refined art collection and framed with large
windows to provide spectacular views of the Lombok Sea,
Bali’s Mt. Gunung Agung, and the surrounding tropical

Villa Qunang
Villa Qunang is Qunci’s spacious and elegant 2 Bedroom
villa. Villa Qunang offers a 9 meter private infinity
overflow edge pool with pool deck, 2 Master Bedrooms, an
outdoor entertainment and dining area, a TV room, an
upstairs lounge area, and a complete kitchen.
Lombok is the idyllic, tranquil vacation destination.
Villa Qunang offers a sanctuary of peace and relaxation
on Lombok far away from the bustle of civilization while
at the same time being conveniently located just 30
minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown
Senggigi and a 5-minute walk from Qunci Villas Hotel. Villa Qunang will certainly delight the most discerning
traveler.

Villa Qusia Living / Dinning
Qusia’s expansive living and dining area serves as the
hub for the villa complex, centered between the 3 Master
Bedrooms and next to the 25-meter pool.
A traditional ‘alang-alang’ thatched roof covers Qusia’s
outdoor living and dining area with distinctive
natural-formed teakwood tree-trunks used as pillars. The
dining table is a single, square solid piece of Suar
wood surrounded by stylish leather-stripped dining
chairs. The spacious living area is a casual and relaxed
area in which our guests can entertain or merely relax
and gaze at the ocean and Bali’s Mt. Gunung Agung,
surrounded by tropical mountains and coconut trees.
The living and dining area includes a state-of-the-art
sound system for our guests’ enjoyment.
Villa Qusia Mater Bedroom
Villa Qusia is Qunci’s 3 Bedroom luxury villa. The 6x6
meter Master Bedrooms are elegantly designed to frame
the spectacular views of the Lombok Sea, Bali’s Mt.
Gunung Agung, and the surrounding tropical mountains.
The prime Master Bedroom is located directly above the
25 meter pool and adjoins the private study and exercise
room. This bedroom opens into a 6x6 meter, natural wood
floor walk-in closet with a stylish bathtub and open-air
shower facing the ocean. The second Master Bedroom, perfect for children, is
located next to the TV/Entertainment room. This bedroom
has an open garden shower and 2 twin beds.
The third Master Bedroom, located at the front of the
property facing the ocean, provides the greatest in
privacy from the rest of the villa complex.
Villa Qunang Master Bedroom
Villa Qunang is Qunci’s 2 Bedroom luxury villa. Each of
the 6 X 6 meter Master Bedrooms are elegantly designed
with natural wood floors and mural-size picture windows
to frame the spectacular views of the Lombok Sea, Bali’s
Mt. Gunung Agung, and the surrounding tropical
mountains.
Each Master Bedroom opens into its own walk-in closet
area, terrazzo bath amenities and open-air shower that
faces its own garden.
Situated between the two Master Bedrooms is a perfectly
designed open-air sitting room decorated with remarkable
art. The sitting room is perfect for relaxation and
sipping an afternoon cocktail while watching the sun as
it majestically sets behind Bali over the Lombok Sea. At
Villa Qunang, comfort and style are at the heart of its
design.
TV / Entertainment
Villa Qunang offers state-of-the art audio and
television equipment in its entertainment room with a
Bang & Olufsen Beo Vision 6 international satellite
television that utilizes the latest LCD picture
technology with a 26" widescreen, and a Bose sound
system delivering music not only to the entertainment
room, but to the pool and living/dining areas as well.
Villa Qusia And Qunang
Butlers and staff are trained at Qunci Villas Hotel.
Butler service available from 7 am to 11 pm.
Personal Chef additional $25/day plus tax and service.
Kitchen facilities
The both Villas offers a gourmet kitchen for use either by
you, or by our personal chef who will create a memorable
meal for family and friends.
Furnished with top-of-the-line cooking equipment, this
9x6 meter kitchen also serves as the Butler area and
opens out onto the path leading to the back of the
living and dining area.
