How I do make a booking?
Choose
any of the Hotels or holiday packages you would like to
book, send us an email regarding to your enquiry including
your arrival/departure details, number of travelers and
services requested. We will respond to your enquiry in less
than 48 hours. For accommodation bookings, as soon as we
receive confirmation from the hotel/villa, we will send you
a copy of the confirmation by fax or email. Please read our
reservation procedures.
What are the payment method?
For
holiday packages and hotel bookings you may pay directly to
our accounting department by bank transfer or you may pay by
credit card by filling out our
Authorization Payment Form
(your credit card number is to secure your booking). Please
keep in mind we will not charge your credit card before you
receive our services.
Who will pick us up at the Airport upon
arrival?
If you
book any accommodation or package with us, pick up service
is automatically included and our guide will greet you at
the airport or seaport. In the case of any extra discounts
or promotions, this service might not be included. Please
ask if you are uncertain.
We
provide multilingual guides (English, Italian, French,
Dutch, German and Japanese).

After confirmation of the tour arrangement,
is it possible to modify the itinerary or activities during
our stay?
As
this is your own private tour, the itinerary can be changed
to meet your needs, however, changes in accommodations will
require an additional charge. Sembilan Pulau's
flexibility in running your tour is one of our “differences”
from others tour operators. We want to “help” you, to
“serve” you and to “guide” you without restricting your
freedom. Our guides have been specially trained to be able
to adapt to any situation. They are always in contact with
the office if they need further information about anything
related to the customer’s well-being. |
